A really good, useful and informative website, coinciding with NYR '08 is www.bookstart.org.uk  where you can access free rhyme cards, research and information to pass onto parents, about the importance of reading!... and NEWSFLASH! to all PVI's - if you are not accessing your local library services, a brand new pack of 30 books will be arriving into your setting shortly, to encourage you to share lots of books with your children, under the new title of 'Book Ahead' - it's very exciting, so look out for letters and leaflets arriving shortly.
