Please note from September funding applications will need to be emailed direct to seneducationteam@medway.gov.uk as they will no longer accept paper copies of the applications.

If you are not using the correct form, this unfortunately will have to be returned.  All funding applications are to be sent directly to the SEN Education Team, contact details can be found on the last page of the form.
