From Monday 21 March 2011, the host website for the eProfile software changed to www.eprofile.org.uk. This replaces the Suffolkcpd web address. An automatic redirection is in place from the Suffolk site until the end of August 2011. Please use the new web address in all communications and support for users with immediate effect.
Change to eProfile helpline number
On Friday 1 April 2011, the contact number for the eProfile telephone helpline, provided by QCDA, will change.
All enquiries should now be directed to 0300 303 3013.
The email address eprofilehelpdesk@qcda.gov.uk remains the same.
Department for Education (DfE) helpline numbers
In accordance with Ofcom and COI (Central Office of Information) guidance, the DfE is replacing its two main non-geographic '0870' numbers with '0370' numbers.
